Pretty ‘meh’ for a Hilton.
We checked in on New Years Day, around 5pm. Our room was not ready until after 7pm. Busy day, short staff- I can understand this. Our late room was without any towels - this I did not understand.

We absolutely loved our room on the 41st floor. A large room with a gorgeous view. Very clean. Our room was also cleaned daily. We were able to check in online and use digital key. The hotel seems very secure with extra layers of security to make sure only guests access the elevators to the rooms. The food selection (room service) is lacking. The breakfast buffet was $49 pp so we passed on that and opted for the numerous restaurants nearby. 'Room service' comes fr...
