Experience Pure Luxury

Pretty ‘meh’ for a Hilton. We checked in on New Years Day, around 5pm. Our room was not ready until after 7pm. Busy day, short staff- I can understand this. We absolutely loved our room on the 41st floor. A large room with a gorgeous view. Very clean. Our room was also cleaned daily. We were able to check in online and use digital key. That was a nice time saver. Close to the subway, Times Square, and Broadway. I would definitely stay here again. Had a wonderful four nights here last week after moving to the Hilton from the Sheraton Times Square (do NOT under any circumstances stay at the Sheraton - horrible!). The rooms are spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room service is speedy! The location cannot be beat for walkability and access to Broadway shows. All around great experience. Would definitely stay here again!
