Kullanım Koşulları
Dedeman Konya Hotel & Convention Center'e hoş geldiniz. Bu genel kullanım koşulları, tesisimizin ve hizmetlerimizin kullanımına ilişkin kural ve düzenlemeleri ana hatlarıyla belirtmektedir.
1. Rezervasyon ve Kayıt
Rezervasyon yaparak bizimle doğrudan (yasal olarak bağlayıcı) bir sözleşme ilişkisine girmiş olursunuz. Oda rezervasyonu yapmak için en az 18 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir. Rezervasyonunuzu garanti altına almak için rezervasyon sırasında geçerli bir kredi kartı veya depozito talep edilebilir.
2. Giriş ve Çıkış Politikaları
- Giriş (Check-in): Saat 14:00'ten itibaren. Erken giriş talepleri müsaitlik durumuna bağlıdır ve ek ücrete tabi olabilir.
- Çıkış (Check-out): Saat 11:00'e kadar. Geç çıkış taleplerinin resepsiyonla koordine edilmesi gerekir ve müsaitlik durumuna göre değerlendirilir.
3. Ödeme ve Güvenlik
Konaklama ücretinin tamamı, ön ödeme yapılmadığı sürece genellikle giriş sırasında tahsil edilir. Başlıca kredi kartlarını ve güvenli elektronik ödemeleri kabul ediyoruz. Ödemelerle ilgili kişisel veriler, PCI-DSS standartlarına uygun olarak güvenli bir şekilde işlenir.
4. İptal ve Rezervasyona Gelmeme (No-Show)
İptal politikaları seçilen oda tipine ve fiyata göre değişiklik gösterir. Önceden haber vermeksizin tesise gelinmemesi durumunda ("No-Show"), otel, seçilen politikaya göre ilk gecenin veya toplam konaklama tutarının tamamını tahsil etme hakkını saklı tutar.
5. Tesis Kuralları ve Davranış İlkeleri
Tüm misafirlerimiz için güvenli ve huzurlu bir ortam sağlamaya çalışıyoruz. Lütfen aşağıdaki kurallara dikkat ediniz:
- Sigara Kullanımı: Tüm kapalı alanlarda ve misafir odalarında sigara içilmemesi kuralı uygulanır. İhlal durumunda temizlik ücreti uygulanabilir.
- Gürültü: 22:00 ile 08:00 saatleri arasında sessizlik saatlerine uyulması beklenir.
- Evcil Hayvanlar: Evcil hayvan politikamız hakkında bilgi almak için lütfen varıştan önce bizimle iletişime geçiniz.
6. Sorumluluk ve Değerli Eşyalar
Dedeman Konya Hotel & Convention Center, kaybolan, çalınan veya hasar gören kişisel eşyalardan sorumlu değildir. Misafirlerimizin değerli eşyaları için oda içi emanet kasalarını kullanmalarını önemle tavsiye ederiz.
7. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşullar, otelin bulunduğu bölgenin yasalarına tabidir.

The pool is nice and the location of the hotel is very accessible both by car and by public transportation.
