Welcome to Dedeman Konya Hotel & Convention Center. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and facilities.
1. Booking and Reservations
By making a reservation, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with us. You must be at least 18 years of age to book a room. A valid credit card or deposit may be required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
2. Check-in and Check-out Policies
- Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM). Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Check-out: Until 11:00 (11:00 AM). Late check-out requests must be coordinated with the front desk and are subject to availability.
3. Payment and Security
Full payment for the stay is typically required at check-in unless prepaid. We accept major credit cards and secure electronic payments. Personal data related to payments is handled securely according to PCI-DSS standards.
4. Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellation policies vary according to the room type and rate selected. If you fail to arrive ("No-Show") without prior notice, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the first night or the total stay as per the selected policy.
5. Property Rules and Conduct
We strive to provide a safe and peaceful environment for all guests. Please respect the following:
- Smoking: Non-smoking policy applies in all indoor areas and guest rooms. A cleaning fee may apply for violations.
- Noise: Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00.
- Pets: Please contact us prior to arrival regarding our pet policy.
6. Liability and Valuables
Dedeman Konya Hotel & Convention Center is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We strongly encourage guests to use the in-room safety boxes for valuable belongings.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the hotel is located.

This is our second time in Dedeman Hotel Konya. Their family room is HUGE and was very accomodating for our family. The pool is nice and the location of the hotel is very accessible both by car and by public transportation.
