Account & Usage
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to represent the hotel property you are syncing.
Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Platform Services
AI Generation
Our AI website builder generates content based on public data. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all generated content before publishing.
Commission-Free
Hotel WD provides the tools for direct bookings. We do not charge commissions on bookings processed through your generated site.
Payments & Subs
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your site will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Restrictions
Prohibited Acts
You may not use the platform for any illegal purposes, to distribute malware, or to impersonate other hotel properties.
"These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hotel WD Inc. is registered. Any disputes will be handled in local courts."
