Welcome to Hotel WD! This guide will walk you through everything you need to launch your hotel's digital presence in under 30 minutes.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

A Google account (for Google Business Profile integration)

Your hotel's basic information (address, phone, email)

At least 5-10 high-quality photos of your property

Step 1: Create Your Account

Navigate to hotelwd.com/start

You'll be redirected to the setup wizard

Pro Tip: Using a Google account enables automatic sync with Google Business Profile and Google Hotel Center.

Step 2: Enter Your Hotel Details

The setup wizard will ask for:

Hotel Name: Your official business name

Location: Full address for Google Maps integration

Contact Information: Phone, email, and website (if any)

Property Type: Boutique, Luxury, Business, Resort, etc.

Our Gemini AI will automatically fetch additional details from Google if your hotel is already listed.

Step 3: Connect Google Services

This is where the magic happens. Hotel WD integrates with:
