Four providers whitelisted

Common questions
Which providers are supported?
Matterport, Kuula, Lapentor, and 3DVista. We render any https share URL from these four platforms. If you need another provider, open a support ticket — we'll evaluate adding it to the whitelist.
Do I need a paid plan on the tour provider?
Depends on the provider. Kuula and Lapentor have generous free tiers that work. Matterport requires a paid plan and usually a Pro camera. 3DVista is a one-time desktop license.
Can you create the tour for me?
No — shooting and editing virtual tours is a specialty. We integrate what you've already produced. If you don't have a tour yet, we can connect you with a local photographer.
What if I remove the tour later?
Delete the URL in your dashboard and the public /virtual-tour page falls back to a friendly 'coming soon' state (with noindex). Any menu entries we auto-added are cleaned up too.
Is there an API to automate adding tours?
Not today — Hotel WD's approach is one tour per property, set via the dashboard. If you run a multi-property chain and need bulk management, talk to support.
